The Sign Factory began partnering with companies and promoting brands back in July 2012 when we inked our business model with SignWorld (a network of 315+ independently owned and operated sign studios across North America). Our studio, located in Charlotte, NC, officially opened its doors January 2013 and has grown with 50+ years of collective leadership experience in consulting, branding, design, project management, sign making, and installation. We put an emphasis on building long-term relationships and are proud that our first client is still our client today.
The Sign Factory has a strong peer network and premier suppliers, fabricators and sub-contractors.
This allows us to support our clients Nationwide. Our goal is to go above and beyond to complete projects correctly, on time and in budget. These are part of the many reasons we’ve been successful and why our clients enjoy working with us.

Away from The Sign Factory, Bill enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing drums and golf as time permits. He and his wife Karen are empty nesters but have three boys, and a yellow English lab, Moose. They are active members of Weddington United Methodist Church and also enjoy college football, especially the Alabama Crimson Tide! Go figure…
